If you realize the need to modify your orders within an hour after placing your order, kindly send an email to support.jakedasia@pianofortegroup.com and reach out to us for assistance. We will make every effort to accommodate your address change request.
However, if more than two hours have elapsed, it is possible that your order has already been prepared and dispatched for shipment. In such cases, we may unable to modify any details.
Occasionally, we may not send all the items you ordered simultaneously. Therefore, we kindly request that you to review your dispatch notification email to identify if any of your items are marked as 'to follow'.
In the event that the dispatch note indicates an item should be included in your parcel but is actually missing, please contact our Customer Service Team. To expedite the resolution process, please provide necessary information, such as your order number, product code, and a description of the missing item(s).
Important: It is necessary to retain the receipt provided by SF Express in order to track your return package!
Upon the commencement of processing your return parcel and exchange/return request by our dedicated team, you will be notified via email.
Return Policy (English):
EXCHANGE for faulty products;
EXCHANGE is not allowed for the following products:

Wetsuit
Snorkel
Nose Clip and Ear Plug items
Socks
Water / Drinking Bottles
Applicable products bought on jakedasia.com can be exchanged on the condition that they are in perfect condition and/or the condition in which they were received at delivery. Items will only be exchanged if there is stock available at the shop, and if the following conditions are respected:

Once the return has been confirmed by us, products must be shipped within and not later than 15 (fifteen) working days to the address indicated by our customer service;
Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all tags, and, where applicable, the original hygienic protection. Exchanges can be effected only for products which have not been used;
After verifying that the product is in perfect condition and that the procedure for exchanges have been respected by the client, Jaked Asia will proceed with the exchange;
Postal charges incurred in the shipment of items to be exchanged will be paid by the client. Jaked Asia will pay for return postage ONLY in case of exchanges for damaged or faulty products.
Jaked Asia reserves the right to refuse returns sent after the stated deadline or products which are not returned in the condition in which they were originally received. Jaked Asia does not offer refunds.

一旦我們確認退貨，商品必須在 15（十五）個工作日內寄送至客服指定地址；
商品必須以原始包裝退回，並附上所有標籤，且在適用情況下，保留原始衛生防護。僅接受未使用過的商品換貨；
在確認商品完好且客戶遵守換貨程序後，Jaked Asia 將進行換貨；
商品寄回的郵資由客戶承擔。僅在商品因損壞或瑕疵換貨時，Jaked Asia 才會支付回寄郵資。
Jaked Asia 保留拒絕逾期退貨或商品非原始狀態退回的權利。Jaked Asia 不提供退款服務。

After successfully placing an order, you have the convenience of checking the status of your order at any time within the appropriate section of your profile.
Time of Delivery
Products purchased on www.jakedasia.com online store are normally delivered within 3 working days (14 days for products that are shipped from Italy).

FREE LOCAL SHIPPING on all orders over HK$1000.
Shipping charge of $40 will be added on orders below $1000.
