    RETURN OF GOODS



    • ​EXCHANGE for faulty products;
    • ​EXCHANGE is not allowed for the following products:
      • Competition Swimwear
      • Wetsuit
      • Snorkel
      • Nose Clip and Ear Plug items
      • Socks
      • Water / Drinking Bottles


    Applicable ​products bought on jakedasia.com can be exchanged on the condition that they are in perfect condition and/or the condition in which they were received at delivery. Items will only be exchanged if there is stock available at the shop, and if the following conditions are respected:​

    • ​Please email support.jakedasia@pianofortegroup.com to inform the team about your query;
    • Once the return has been confirmed by us, products must be shipped within and not later than 15 (fifteen) working days to the address indicated by our customer service;
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all tags, and, where applicable, the original hygienic protection. Exchanges can be effected only for products which have not been used;
    • After verifying that the product is in perfect condition and that the procedure for exchanges have been respected by the client, Jaked Asia will proceed with the exchange; 
    • Postal charges incurred in the shipment of items to be exchanged will be paid by the client. Jaked Asia will pay for return postage ONLY in case of exchanges for damaged or faulty products. 


    ​Jaked Asia reserves the right to refuse returns sent after the stated deadline or products which are not returned in the condition in which they were originally received.​  Jaked Asia does not offer refunds.
